Shipping
Weiss Marine offers free shipping on orders for $200 or more. All orders placed by 3pm (EST) will be shipped on the same day as long as everything requested is in stock. Weiss Marine offers flat rate shipping for the lower 48 States of the United States of America. The flat rate charges of $6.99 (BWAY), $19.95 (2PROMO) or $49.95 (OPROMO) are per shipment. If you select an order to be shipped, you will be charged one time. If a complete shipment has multiple boxes, you are still charged one shipping fee. If you require other carriers to ship your product (USPS, FED EX, UPS, DHL, etc) or need to ship internationally, please contact us prior to ordering so we can provide you the best shipping quote. Due to global economic instability, all shipping rates can vary at any time, so it’s best to contact us prior to confirm your shipping rate.
Returns and Refunds
Weiss Marine, LLC. offers a return period of 30 days from date of receipt. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) numbers are required for all returns. Returned products must be complete in the original packaging and resalable. Special Order items may not be returned. Opened and/or unsealed DVDs, CDs, and cartography are not returnable unless defective. Units requiring service, either warranty or otherwise, should be returned directly to the appropriate manufacturer. Be sure to provide the original invoice number, product being returned, and the reason for return. Returned merchandise may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%.
